Golf simulator

The first golf simulator in Estonia was opened at the end of November 2006 at the Saaremaa SPA Hotel Meri. Players can choose from 15 golf courses from all over the world, including the golf courses of the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai and the Moscow Country Club in Russia.
A golf simulator is a device for playing golf inside. Real golf clubs and balls are used in the simulator. The rules of the game are the same as in real golf but they have been adapted to suit the device.

The golf simulator also provides several significant advantages for golf practice and training: the computer will give exact information about the length and direction of each stroke. The golf simulator measures each stroke and shows the result to the player. The player will be able to see the length of their strokes in stable conditions. Compared to the usual inside golf practice in wintertime, whereby the ball is hit into a net or tarpaulin, the simulator will give the player much more information.

The two golf simulators can accommodate 2 x 6 or 12 people at a time. The game is suitable for both beginners and advanced golfers, regardless of their gender, age, weight or physical abilities. Holding a golf simulator tournament is a fresh idea for a company event or for a birthday party. Drinks and snacks are also available for order.
