Each litre of this mineral water contains 2.1 grams of minerals and microelements which are essential for the body. The mineral water can be consumed by drinking it for treatment purposes as well as for quenching your thirst quickly and efficiently.

HOTEL

The hotel rooms in Spa Hotel Saaremaa Valss are located on four fl oors in the modern hotel wing which, when combined with the treatment wing and fitness centre, becomes a single health centre. The hotel can accommodate 150 people in 75 rooms. There are 67 double rooms (of which nine have a double bed), seven suites are meant for more demanding clients (one includes a sauna), and one is for clients with disabilities. The rooms include WC, shower, TV, radio, and phone. Extra beds are available. All rooms are allergy-free. The hotel also includes the Kuurort restaurant (which seats 90) and a bar.

MEDICAL SPA

Mud therapy is the central treatment off ered in the therapy division but we also off er various types of massage (manual massage, aroma and lymph massage, and underwater shower massage), physical therapy, pearl bath procedures using various herbal oils, mineral water bath and carbon dioxide bath, underwater shower massage, dental care, therapeutic exercising in a gym and pool, ozokerite treatment, laser treatment, art therapy. The staff of the medical spa includes highly experienced doctors: you can book an appointment to see them.
